Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are as listed on the platform and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order via Razorpay's secure payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
Refunds & Cancellations
Orders that have not started processing may be cancelled for a full refund. Partially delivered orders may be eligible for a pro-rata refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted via our support team within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for orders that have been fully or substantially delivered.
User Obligations
You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes, to violate any laws, or to infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order details and for all activities under your account.
Limitation of Liability
